Medicare and DVA clients

Yes, a referral from your doctor is needed.
Two forms of referral are accepted:
1. Chronic Disease Management Plan from your GP
2. A standard referral letter from your GP, Endocrinologist, or any other medical professional

Private Consultations

No referral is needed for private consultations
Rebates from Medicare and DVA cannot be processed
Please bring your medical history, all medication and any recent blood tests to make the process smoother.
