WHO releases new guidelines for exercise
Every Move Counts The World Health Organisation have updated their guidelines for exercise this month. Guidance is offered for all age groups and for those with chronic conditions such as diabetes. The Importance of Perspective
Striking a balance between what were told is “needed” to be healthy and just focussing on health is probably the most difficult aspect of having diabetes.
