WHO releases new guidelines for exercise

Every Move Counts

The World Health Organisation have updated their guidelines for exercise this month. Guidance is offered for all age groups and for those with chronic conditions such as diabetes.

In particular WHO recommend that sedentary periods be broken up with any type of movement.
